I have the SDK(Android) and JDK(java SE) what exactly do i do with them?

i am trying to write a application for a droid phone so ive downloaded these two kits and i reaqlly dont understand what im looking at just need some guidance thank guys|||Best place to start should be joining the Android Developers Community and get yourself up and running with some basic tutorials then from there learn all about the Android API. More than likely, you want the JRE java runtime environment, which will allow to you use java apps on your device.
