Can someone tell me step by step how to get android sdk onto my pc as i have tried and tried to get a?

program going but to no avail and how to get the emulator working thanks for all your help in advance.





I have downloaded java , eclipse and the android sdk but what am i doing wrong as when i followed this link i didnt have android as he has i had something else there or is there something else i need to download thanks.
