Corona sdk or android sdk?

I want to develop an android app so which one is good. And can corona sdk be run on windows 7 and can android apps be made and tested on it. Please help|||I have never used corona but you can use android sdk with eclipse and it makes a fierce windows 7 ide for android development. My site will be doing tutorials on this in the future. http://lineware.webuda.com I already have some java tutorials if you need them.
