How to start android application ?

I downloaded and installed android sdk from this website http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html


I don't know how to start the project.

When you have done all that, you can use Eclipse to create a new Android Project. This project will be bare-bones, but it should start the phone emulator and show you a little hello world message.
